I combine skilled, compassionate care to create a safe, supportive environment for healing. Through client-centered massage therapy. I worked for a chiropractor for several years, so I'm more of a treatment focus therapist. My services include silicone cupping, hot stones, Indian head massage and medium pressure massage. No extra fees.

*CUPPING (increases blood flow, loosens muscles, reduces pain, improves circulation) I prefer the softer, pain free silicone cups. Using a lighter gliding technique or placement. (22 hours of cupping training)

*Soothing and Relaxation Full body Massage that Helps reduce stress and anxiety.

*MEDIUM tissue massage, I'm not an extreme deep tissue massage. My technique involves a myofascial approach by warming up the tissues to achieve the same therapeutic effects. This is more muscle specific focus by using slower, deeper pressure.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that occasionally you will need to cancel or change your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, I cannot provide an extension of your scheduled appointment. The original scheduled service fee will be charged in full for late arrivals.

If you miss your appointment or cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time you will be charged a $25 fee. This charge will be applied to your next appointment.

If your scheduled appointment is within 24 hours and you realize you will be unable to keep it, please call or text 503-396-8616 as soon as possible.

The cancellation fee may be waived in the case of an illness or emergency.
